Welcome to SERVA.PH. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SERVA.PH website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About SERVA.PH

SERVA.PH is an online marketplace that connects customers ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Providers") offering home, repair, and related services. SERVA.PH provides the technology that facilitates discovery, booking, and payment, but is not the provider of the services and is not a party to the agreement for services between Customers and Providers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Services

When you book a service, you enter into a direct agreement with the Provider. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing are set by Providers and may change. SERVA.PH does not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any service.

4. Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the Platform, including online payment and wallet credits. Applicable fees, taxes, and charges will be displayed before you confirm a booking. You authorize SERVA.PH and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for amounts due.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

  • Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Do not post false, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security or functionality.

7. Provider Obligations

Providers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services, licensing, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. Providers agree to perform services professionally and to honor confirmed bookings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to SERVA.PH and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVA.PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any service obtained through it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SERVA.PH, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm SERVA.PH, its users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
