SERVA.PH ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use the SERVA.PH Platform, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

  • Profile & booking information: service addresses, booking history, and preferences.
  • Payment information: transaction details processed through our payment partners (we do not store full card details).
  • Technical information: device, browser, IP address, and usage data collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and provide the services you request.
  • To process bookings, payments, and refunds.
  • To verify your identity and secure your account (for example, one-time passwords).
  • To communicate with you about bookings, updates, and support.
  • To improve the Platform and for analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Platform, including with Providers to fulfill your bookings, with payment and technology partners, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
